Terms & Conditions
We will conduct PAT testing on portable electrical appliances supplied by the Customer to help ensure the safety of electrical equipment. The testing will be performed in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Our services include testing, inspection, reporting and certification of equipment. Likewise we will perform the testing in accordance with industry standards and provide you with a report of our findings. Any additional services requested by the Customer may incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement between the parties.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information for scheduling appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Customer's preferred date and time for testing.
Access and Preparation
The Customer shall ensure that all appliances to be tested are accessible and ready for inspection, notifying the engineer of any equipment not to be tested before any work is carried out. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment for our engineers during the testing process.
Fees and Payment
We will provide you with a quote for our services before commencing any work. Fees will be based on the type and number of equipment being tested, and any additional services requested by you. Payment must be made in full before we issue the testing report and certificate.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. However, if you fail to give us sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
We limit our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services or website to the cost of the services we provided to you. Similarly we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website.
The Company and its engineers shall treat all information obtained during the provision of Services as confidential, and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the Customer's consent, except as required by law.
Use of Our Website
We designed our website to provide information about our services and enable you to request a quote or schedule an appointment. You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to hacking, transmitting viruses, or engaging in any other malicious activity. You must also ensure that any information you provide to us through our website is accurate and complete.
